I'm installing LiveCycle ES3 Generator on Windows 2008 R2 server with WebSphere 8.  When I try to add users for the Native PDF conversion as part of the generator configuration I get an error.  I've included the installer log error and some of the related WebSphere logs below.  Anyone have any sugestions?

Hi all,

Maybe you all meet a situation that, if you edit the pdf form with adobe reader or acrobat and close it, it will jump out a window and ask "do you want to save the change before closing?".

Does anybody know how to cancle this asking? Because users can't save the file directly and I added a function to export to xml file, it dosen't need to save anymore.

Could you share me how to advoid asking for save when close the pdf form?

I'm not a regular user of LiveCycle Designer ES2. It came with my CS6 Master Collection, and I think I'd like to play with it. Within moments, I ran into the bug described here. After some searching, I found the page that actually talks about the available QuickFixes, and references an SP2 rollup (I am running ES2 SP2). That page says to "contact support" to obtain QuickFixes, and *that* link asks a couple of irrelevant questions and finally suggests the only available option to "contact support", which is to make a post in a community forum. WTF?

Is there some magic trick to actually talk to Adobe Support to access a QF for a product I paid for, so I can fix an acknowledged bug (plus maybe some others I haven't even run across yet)?

We are facing issue after every time we restart JBOSS. JBOSS node after restart is coming up but unable to join the cluster.

The incident starts after all the members are removed from the DCS Stack DefaultCoreGroup view and added back again by WebSphere Application Server. Following exceptions are seen after LiveCycle was added back in again to the view.

We have a clustered environment with two nodes 2A and 2B. Server 2A crashed and therefore all members on 2B node were removed from the DCS view. Later the new core group view was installed but LiveCycle did resume operations as expected.

I'm new to Adobe Livecycle. I want to create a form in Adobe LiveCycle that will connect to SQL server database and pull data from it. The user will be running the form on MAC. Can this be achieved?   We've installed Adobe Livecyle using configuration manager and chose Forms and Outout as the required components. The installation is successful but when we use FormsIVS or OutputIVS, we are getting an error message 'Not Serializable'.

  The websphere logs point to the error in FontManager. It looks like the Adobe install is unable to refer to the font directories provided during the configuration. Please let me know where the font configuration is stored so that I can verify the settings. Thanks in advance.

i am starting to use Adobe LiveCycle Designer ES Version 8.2.1.3144.1.471865 and Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Version 9.0.0.

Any File i like to see a preview in LiveCycle Designer only shows an Acrobat window with blank screen and blank Errorwindow like

Some times i have the same problem with my FireFox. But after Restart of FireFox all is running well for some days.

At LD i can start it or reboot the computer as often as i like to do but the problem is still the same.

A solution that we found in the installation manual is caused by different version of xercesImpl with JBoss AS 5 and suppose to use classloader.

What's the correct way to resolve this issue? As without classloader we are getting the xercesImpl and xml-apis conflict which we need both of them. Thus xercesImpl is removed from the lib.
