HI
I have a creative cloud membership and a monthly subscription to a single app photoshop. My laptop was stolen. I've replaced it but now can't download another copy of photoshop and they won't let me cancel. We've set up one in another email address so we can use photoshop now but this means I'm paying 2 subscriptions for 1 license.
Anyone any ideas?
