Nothing is routing

I have installed LC 8.2 with MS-SQL database in testing environment. Workspace and admin ui work fine, i can also connect through wo
rkbench and manage forms and processes. I created a small process just to assign a form with two fields to the super admin, however
once i submit the form it does not get routed. I tried some other processes and they are not working as well. I think something may
be wrong on the back end. some log files are attached, any help you can provide would be much appreciated.

please rename attachment from .pdf to .zip
