I have installed LiveCycle ES 8.2.1 SP3 on Windows 2008 Server with Acrobat Pro Extended 9.4.1. Also installed is Office 2007 SP2. I have installed Office under the same local administrator account used to install LiveCycle, and used as login by the JBOSS service. When I try to use the 'createPDF' function accessed via the adminui I get the following error:
Error Code:11029
Error Message: ALC-PDG-011-029-COM object method returns error code: 0xAC2F25E8
Anyone have any suggestions? We have three other instances of LiveCycle running on other machines, installed the same way, and they are fine.
