The message appears saying it can take upto 24 hours it has been more than 24 hours now and I really need to be able to download and use this program. The UK office is now shut and was told that I can go to adobe.com/get support and all I can see is that I have been sent here and from what I can tell there does not seem to be anybody from adobe answering the queries. Can anybody suggest a work around. many thanks
