SwarmCache NullPointer exception

When LiveCycle tries to access any process template I'm getting a nullpointer thrown from SwarmCache.get

I've tried bouncing my server multiple times but I'm still getting it. Is there anyway to clear that cache or disable it or something? I really don't want to have to reinstall LiveCycle.
