Error in Database Initialization for LiveCycle ES on WebLogic ALC-TTN-103-000

PLEASE HELP!!! I'm practically losing my mind here. I'm getting the following error msg, PLEASE HELP!!!

Bootstrapping Error: ALC-TTN-103-000

ALC-TTN-103-000: Bootstrapping request failed on server. Message from server:

ALC-TTN-011-011: Bootstrapping failed for platform component[Core]. The wrapped exception's message reads:
EJB Exception:;nested exception is:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException

Check application server logs for details.

Did I mention PLEASE HELP!!! lol
