I am getting this error while creating user through AdminUI, after hitting save I get Error page in AdminUI. Also for existing users, any change to all other fields are fine saved without any errors apart from if i change email address field. The only logs I can get are the following two lines:

I can create the user through workbench with xml and invoking it. But somehow through adminui its not working, may be known bug, is there a workaround or a solution for that? please advise
