We just purchased a couple of licenses for LiveCycle Designer ES4 and cannot determine how to get the quick fix that applies to SP1 listed at LiveCycle Help | LiveCycle ES4 SP1 | LiveCycle Designer | Quick Fix 1101.008.  On this page, as well as many others, there is a link to Contact Support to obtain any quick fix.  But when you click on this link it merely takes you to page where you sign in (Adobe ID_) and there is no way to contact support.  If you look under Support for this product it says the only support is this forum...::sigh::

How can we obtain the fixes that address the defects in the product we just purchased? (There are other questions in this forum asking the SAME thing that have not been answered or just were replied with the same URL that does nothing.)

i am unable to run the installer, i am getting an error message:  "Error 1311.Source file not found: C:\Users|Admin\AppData\Local\Temp\Temp1_Ices_designer_11_0_0_wwe_win.zip\Designer\English .cab. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it."

I have a liecycle designer form that is connected to a query in an MS Access 2010 database.  I have placed a button on the form to advance to the next record.  It doesn't appear to be doing that. The form was created using Livecycle Designer ES4. When I click on the button nothing happens.  I realize it might be something as simple as a refresh, and if that's so, please give me a hint as to how to do that.

Just before I start remaking a lot of forms. I just wanted to see if any of you seasoned livecycle designer es4 users have ever managed to successfully convert an infopath 2013 xsn file? Or any XSN file?

I am getting the following error on two different installations? (Windows 8.1). Changed the language used in infopath from C# to Visual Basic. Svaed as older versions of infopath...no use.

Any glimmer of hope that it works before I start converting bulk forms would be very useful.

We recently moved from Exchange 2010 to Office 365. I am trying to change the configuration to Email via Office 365 and I am getting the following error -

Please guide me as to how do i upgrade from adobe livecycle ES to ES4

I had Live Cycle Designer on my work computer with Acrobat X. When the school system upgraded to Acrobat XI, I lost LiveCycle. How do I go about getting it back? The school system had a license, I'm sure.

according to the documentation the NamingService port should be 9999 in \server\all\conf\jboss-service.xml

i checked it and it is indeed 9999 and not 1099 so why do those wars try to connect to 1099?

I am trying to configure LiveCycle ES2 to access services over the internet and since my Livecycle server connects to internet through a Proxy server, I have referred to section 5.8.2 of LiveCycle install_weblogic.pdf that states the following:

If the computer that LiveCycle ES2 is running on uses proxy settings to access external web sites, the

application server should be started with the following values set as Java virtual machine (JVM)

arguments:

-Dhttp.proxyHost= [server host]

However, I am getting the below exception while running the LC application as my Proxy server requires User credentials to connect to the internet:

weblogic.net.http.HttpUnauthorizedException: Proxy or Server Authentication Required.

I tried providing the below JVM startup argument too, but no luck:

-Dhttp.proxyUser= [proxy user]

-DhttpPassword= [Proxy password]

Can you please suggest how to configure User credentials for the Proxy server in Livecycle.

We have two nodes in the cluster. Adobe is installed on just one node. Locator is running on one node. Experiencing locking issues for temporary diskstore. Below is the error description.
