I purchased LiveCycle in 2013, and it has been working for over 2 years. Just in the past month it has stopped opening on my computer. When I click on the icon, the first screen pops up, but then disappears and nothing happens.
How can I get it working again?

I am having the hardest time figuring out how to get a LiveCycle form into E-sign/EchoSign. If I try to upload a LiveCycle-created form into E-sign, the document is never uploaded; E-sign acts like it uploads the document, but it just renders a one-page document with an error that the document cannot be viewed. In my hours of research on the topic, I have found the statement that "LiveCycle and EchoSign integrated seamlessly." What gives? Can a LiveCycle form be placed into E-sign?
We are currently running LiveCycle ES4 and want to evaluate AEM Forms before we upgrade.
My company recently upgraded all PCs to Adobe DC. I have several PDFs that were created using LiveCycle that I no longer can edit. Does anyone know what needs to happen to get the designer back?

My system is windows2003, jboss and mysql5. Help.
Windows 2008 SP2 64-bit server running JBoss and LiveCycle ES2 SP1 after installing SP2, running the Configuration Manager, I get the following error in the LiveCycle Component Deployment Validation stage:
adobe-usermanager-dsc.jar is deployed but is not currently running
adobe-usermanager-jit-dsc.jar is deployed but is not currently running
Then validation completes.
If I go onto the Configure PDF Generator ES2 step, it doesn't have my previously configured user credentials for multi-threaded native conversions, and if I attempt to add any I get:
An error occurred while adding user. See LCM logs for details.
Swapping over to the admin webpage, there are no longer any users listed under PDFG User Accounts, in fact that page has this error in the moddle
ALC-PDG-001-000-Conversion of the input file failed because of an exception.
And no users or profiles in Settings -> Trust Store Management -> User and Password Credentials. Adding a profile here gives:
An error has occurred. Please see error log for details.
If I go into Services -> Applications and Services -> Service Management, and filter for Stopped services, I can see four usermanager services stopped; AuthorizationManagerService, DirectoryManagerService, SPIRegistrationService and AuthenticationManagerService. Selecting any of these and trying to Start them gives:
ALC-AAC-0017-000: Service(s) failed to start. It could be configuration problem

We installed LC ES Update 1 successfully.
Unfortunately we cannot start up the ConfigurationManager because we are getting the following errors:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/adobe/livecycle/lcm/JDKChecker
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/adobe/livecycle/lcm/gui/LCMGUI
We are running Solaris 10 Sparc, JDK 1.5.0_14
Any ideas?

Let's start off by stating that I'm not a WAS expert.
I'm currently busy installing ES2 on a WAS / Windows 2003 machine which connects to an Oracle 10g DB. I've following the installation instructions quite carefully, but I ran into a brick wall that I can't seem to move myself. Hopefully someone over here can help me out.
Over many attempts I've had various different issues while running the configuration manager. Most of these issues pop up after the ear files are configured and are ready to be deployed. Reviewing the log files I noticed that the I get a java.lang.OutOfMemoryError at the times when the issues pop up. The server itself doesn't have a shortage of RAM (16GB) and I did increase the deployer heap size as described in the manual.
Eventually I've now given up searching and decided to throw myself at the mercy of the forums for some help . Since I don't really even know where to begin investigating the issue (besides confirming that I followed the steps in the manual), I'd be appreciative of almost any suggestions.

we are installing LC 9.0.0 on Weblogic 10.3 and Oracle 10g (both on Solaris). The ConfigurationManager runs like expected until the point it imports the LC components (DSC) into the databaase. We get the same result if we configure Weblogic manually (according to the installation guide) or let ConfigurationManager do it automatically. The following components can be deployed but not started:
- adobe-tasknotification-dsc.jar
- adobe-tasksharing-dsc.jar
- adobe-queuesharing-dsc.jar
- adobe-guides-dsc.jar
Furthermore if we login to the adminui (with administrator user account) we are able to see the home screen and one level below but if we try to go any deeper (e.g. user management) we get redirected to the home screen.
In both cases we get the following log output:

Does anyone install LCES workbench 11 on Windows 10?
Company got me a new machine with Windows 10 and ties to install the workbench on it, but got an error message :
" Installer User Interface Not Supported. The installer cannot run in this UI mode. To specify the interface mode, use -I command-line option. followed by the UI mode identifier. The valid UI modes identifiers are GUI. Console. and Silent."
In the LiveCycle adminstration documentation, there are three different font directories listed.
Adobe Server Fonts Folder
This folder is always created wherever LiveCycle is installed (/opt/adobe/livecycle8/fonts/ or C:\Adobe\LiveCycle8\fonts\). Make sure that this folder's contents are copied to all of the horizontal cluster members.
Customer Fonts Folder
This folder is usually empty unless your documents or forms require special fonts. (What are the options here ?)
System Fonts Folder
Ensure that this folder (whose location is usually predictable for all LiveCycle-supported Operating Systems) is in the same location for all members of a horizontal cluster. In Windows, this is usually C:\Windows\Fonts\. On AIX, this is usually /usr/lpp/X11/lib/X11/fonts/
All Adobe fonts are OTF formats. If we wish to use other fonts that what is installed in the Adobe directory, what are our options ? Are there conversion utilities to use our existing TTF font files ? Is our only option to buy more fonts ? We have strict branding standards here we need to follow.
I have a Livecycle task assignment that goes out in an email. I have set the email to go to a Livecycle group which contains 12 users. However, only the first 10 users are getting the email. Is there a limit set somewhere to the number of users that are added to the email's "To:"?
