I purchased Livecycle ES4, downloaded it and tried to install it on my Windows 10 computer. Every time I try, I get an ERROR 1722 message. I want my money back or the program to work; also, an answer from Adobe.

Uninstalling LiveCycle 8.2 to reinstall on different machine
Hi,
I have LiveCycle 8.2 on an machine and want to move it to a different machine. Unfortunately I did not install this program on the machine a different co-worker did before I started working at my job. There is no CD for it and no account that I am aware of for it to be downloaded from. So I have no one of uninstalling it and reinstalling it myself without losing the program/license.
What would be needed is a new license or the one associated with the one we have on the current machine and a download link.
This is extremely important for our corporation to continue working with the Department of Social Services and get work done for them.

Adobe Live Cycle Designer-email defalut
Dear Support
I am using adobe live cycle Designer ES2. In this I have configured the submit button with email ID (texivd.maldives@tajhotels.com). But when I have distributed the form and open the distributed file and fill the form and submit the same. After submit the same it taking some default email ID of my email ID (Chandra.sekar@tajhotels.com).
Please advice how to change the email ID

Admin UI error log
I havent dont this task in awhile nor have I went into the AdminUI but I am trying to import an LCA and it is timing out and saying "An error has occurred durrring impor or deploy. Please see error log for details " I already tried creating a freash LCA but still get the same error. Tried it on two different environments still same error. I simply forgot where the error log file is can some please tell me. Thank you.

GDS space growing beyond 100 GB
Hi,
We are using ES 8.2 since one and a half year. Planning to upgrade it to ES2 9.5.
So, I was checking the steps and suddently wondered to see our current GDS size is 100.5 GB!! We have many long lived processes, but the active RUNNING process instances are close to 40000 (40 thousand). Other processes are in completed state. Isn't this size too big from normal?
If so, Can you help me the ways to clean the GDS without disturbing the running instances?

Livecycle Designer ES4 11.0 will not install on Windows 10
Our organization purchased ES4 two years ago and installed it on Windows 7 workstations. We are now looking to upgrade the OS to Windows 10. I am testing the installation on an isolated test network and have attempted it on virtual workstations (using VMware 5.5) as well as a physical workstation, all running Windows 10. It seems to progress just fine until time to enter the license key. I enter our key (again, purchased 2 years ago) and after chewing on that for several minutes it returns an error saying the key is invalid. Does this installation require internet access? Other reason the license key would become invalid? Windows 10 compatibility?

Can't uninstall Livecycle - Windows installer package error when uninstalling error 1722
I'm having issues uninstalling Livecycle.
I am getting Error 1722. There is a problme with the windows installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected.
Has anyone else had this issue?
If so, how do I then uninstall this software?

taborder issue
Hi,
I use Adobe Livecycle Designer and have still an issue with the taborders of my forms.
All elements which not need to be tabbed are still in the tabqueue when I tab over the fields.
I used the following workaround:
1. set tab sequence on automatic
2. set tab sequence back to custom and make applicable changes
I use the forum id: Tabbing order problems to solve this.
But when I had saved the form and opened it, the custom set tabs are made undone.
What do I do wrong?
How do I set not fillable fields hide from taborder?
Anyone has a clue?

We are currently upgrading our environment to :
Microsoft® Windows® Server® 2012 R2 core.
Microsoft Hyper V 2012 R2
I have looked at the guidelines and the supported platform is stated as:
Microsoft® Windows® Server® 2008 R2
(Standard and Enterprise editions)
VMWare ESX 3.0, 4.0 and VMWare ESXi 5.0
So I have a couple of questions
1) Will Adobe Lifecycle ES4 be supported and work on this target platform?
2) If not, is there a road map for when this would be supported?

Need a step by step guide for installing tools needed to convert/render PDF to HTML. The existing links are so confusing.
We have created a few PDF (XFA) forms using the Adobe LiveCycle ES4 Forms Designer (the tool that costs $299). We need to convert and also save those XFA PDF forms into HTML format.
After reading a few posts, we believe that the LiveCycle server gives that option. But there is no proper guidance for this. How do we do install that?

Unable to delete user in Livecycle Admin Gui
I have a user that shows up twice in the livecycle admin user management console. One entry is pulled from our ldap and has all the correct info associated with it. The other has all fields greyed out (they are blank anyway except for name and ID) and has an incorrect internal ID associated with the name. This duplicate entry is causing a problem and when I try to remove it, I get this error: Status: The following principals could not be deleted.

This is causing problems. How can I delete or remove the offending user id so the correct one will work properly? We are set up to use LDAP and the user only has one entry in our internal ldap server with the correct info.

How to find/reset the admin password?
Hi,
I'm new to this. The admin userid/password that was successfully used in the past in not being recognized now.
I was trying to log in to Adobe LiveCycle ES ver 8.2 from http://localhost:8080/adminui/login.faces and receive the message "Username and password do not match".
Is there a way for me to reset the userid/password ? I cannot reset a user's password before accessing thie admin account first.
Any help is appreciated.
